Two u3a members are planning a new group for people interested in the world of fashion. The idea was inspired by a group that already exists in Kenilworth and has been a great success (see the national u3a website).

The aim is to make it a fun gathering, probably monthly, to talk about the world of fashion, our own experiences, possibly bring in speakers, remember past fashion highlights and maybe disasters! It might be interesting to research some history, perhaps a famous name.

A venue has not yet been discussed. Depending on the response, the meeting might be in members’ homes or in a restaurant, to last a couple of hours. The emphasis is definitely on enjoyment.
