The aim of our group will be to teach members how to read and write the Arabic script reasonably fluently,and once this has been achieved we will proceed to read simple texts in Classical or Modern Standard Arabic while at the same time acquiring basic conversational skills in the spoken dialects of the Levant and/or Egypt.
