The 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place in the Main Hall at Craig-y-Don Community Centre on Tuesday 3rd November 2026 - doors open 13.30 pm

Refreshments will be served following the meeting in Hall 2.

Our AGM is an important date in the u3a calendar and requires a minimum number of Members to attend - a quorum - 10% of the Members - which is approximately 120 Members. Attendance can be in person or by proxy. Proxy vote forms will be available in early October after the deadline for committee nominations and resolutions.

** The AGM is a closed meeting and only open to fully paid up members of our u3a. **
